(hereinafter “Company”)

This document gives its business partners information on the processing of any personal data in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter “GDPR”).

1)     IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CONTROLLER

The personal data controller is the Company, which can be contacted in writing at the registered office of the Company or electronically by email temex@temex.cz


2)     REASONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed by the Company for the following reasons:
a) Fulfilling contractual obligations,
b) Carrying out mutual business,
c) Mutual communication and information,
d) Protecting the legal claims of the Company.


3)     LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Company is:
a) Necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party,
b) Necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, which include protecting the legal rights of the Company in the event of a dispute with a business partner.


4)     CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company processes such data of its business partners so that it can properly fulfill its contractual obligations, provide the requested services and be able to communicate effectively with its business partners.
The company thus processes the following categories of personal data:
a)
Basic identification data (name and surname, date of birth, residence)
b) Contact details (email, telephone number, contact and billing address)
c) Information from telephone call records and other communications
 

5) RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

In addition to the Company, personal data may be provided to external entities that process tax and accounting paperwork for the Company (external accountant) or other professional advisers (tax advisor, auditor, lawyer), and external suppliers if they are used to fulfill the contractual obligations with the data subject. 
 

6) THE PERIOD FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED

Personal data will be stored for the entire duration of any mutual business relationship with the Company, and after its termination for the time strictly necessary for protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Company, but not to exceed 10 years.
 

7) SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is obtained from a data subject, from contractual documentation concluded between the Company and data subject, and from publicly available registers, lists, records or websites.
 

8) RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The Company hereby provides information that the subject whose data is processed has the following rights:
   the right to inquire from the Company about the storage and processing of its personal data, 
   the right to access personal data concerning the data subject, 
   the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect data or to request restrictions on processing it, 
   the right to object to the processing of personal data, 
   the right to obtain personal data provided to the Company in a structured, commonly applicable and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer such data to another controller, 
   the right to request an explanation of illegal activity or processing of personal data if such data is stored or processed illegally, or the right to request the removal of illegally stored and processed data, 
   the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of personal data with the competent supervisory authority.
