New K line
Implementation of an automated workstation for applying dispersion layers of conductive polymers of types “S” and “L,” where the line is to perform dipping cycles in polymer dispersion, blotting (draining), and drying.

AUTOMATED WORKSTATION FOR APPLYING CONDUCTIVE POLYMER DISPERSION COATINGS
Number of workstations within the system: 2
Completion date: 2023
SCOPE OF WORK
Application of internal conductive polymer dispersion coatings.
Requirement for higher production capacity compared to the older line.
BASIC CHARACTERISTICS
The line is designed as a robotic workstation for processing the customer’s existing pallets, which contain strips with capacitors. At two workstations, KS and LV, equipped with different baths, the pallets are soaked, blot-dried, and dried in ovens. The line is designed for one-way processing only, from KS to LV. Once production parameters are entered, the line operates exclusively in automatic mode. The line is batch-fed via an input hopper, where the pallets are loaded manually by the operator, and is unloaded via an output hopper, where the pallets are removed manually by the operator. An operator must be present at the line at regular intervals throughout the entire operation.
DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL WORKSTATIONS:
1. Input hopper
2. Soaking device
3. Blotting device
4. Transfer hopper
5. Output hopper
6. Oven
7. Robot, gripper
