- Double-sided optical inspection of seals

Description of main equipment nodes
Carousel unit – 6 positions for product handling
Position 1 – part loading using a SCARA robot
Position 2 – optical seal inspection (Keyence LJ-X8200)
Position 3 – part marking by indentation + DMC reader
Position 4 – cleaning with compressed ionized air
Station 5 – Separation of OK/NOK parts and loading into blister packs
Station 6 – Free (reserved for future functions)

- Infeed conveyor for receiving parts from the previous operation
- Preparation and supply of empty blister packs
- Outfeed conveyor for full blister packs and NOK parts
