SPECIFICATION
The project was implemented at the customer’s request for a mechanical and electrical installation.
DESCRIPTION OF THE AUTOMATED OPERATION
1. At the end of the stamping line is a conveyor used to transport the final products, in this case car roofs, to their storage location.
2. The robot grabs the product and places it on a pallet in a rack.
3. The robot, which travels on the seventh axis, puts foam parts from the trolleys between the individual parts of the products.
4. A total of 4 robots work on the device, which stacks the products into 4 racks.
BASIC CHARACTERISTICS
The final products are handled by ABB robots with grippers of our own design. Transport between the stamping line and the storage racks is done with a belt conveyor.
